Furthermore featured in this new document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing various areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
